Stakeholders
EBP West Berks has set up a Stakeholder Group which meets around every three months. The stakeholders themselves are all carefully selected to represent the range of different sectors that EBP West Berks engages with throughout West Berkshire.
The group members work together to provide invaluable specialist guidance and to help shape the strategic direction of the charity. Their collective role is one of acting, therefore, as a "critical friend".
