Teams of students decide in which of three local businesses to invest a fictitious £100,000 and how they would use the funds. Develops business understanding, teamwork and presentation confidence and is supported by business experts. As an inter-school competition, the winner is decided in a grand final.         Judged by food critics who give constructive feedback, this increases knowledge about using quality, local raw ingredients and develops cooking skills. This inter-school competition results in a celebration evening where the finalists get to cook with professional chefs.
