Take a Chance

Take a Chance is a new and exciting 5 year enterprise education programme running across West Berkshire. Sponsored by Vodafone, the initiative aims to motivate and inspire students to achieve their true potential whilst at the same time providing core business skills.

Starting in year 10, this innovative programme takes students on a personal learning journey consisting of workshops and challenges, one-off incentives, visits and events, work placements, summer camps, as well as mentoring by trained Vodafone staff.

The unique programme draws on Vodafone's extensive coaching talent as well as its business and commercial expertise and is managed in partnership with the Education Business Partnership West Berkshire. With 50 students participating in the programme each year, and a further 150 taking part in an annual challenge day, take a chance will ultimately reach 1,000 young people from schools and colleges across West Berkshire.
