If you go to school or college in West Berkshire then this part of the site is for you! We have put together this section to help you have a greater understanding of our programmes and how we can help prepare you for when you leave school and start to work or go onto higher education.

Working closely with your teachers and with local businesses, the team at EBP West Berks have put together a range of exciting programmes to help you learn about different ways of working and what will be expected of you when you begin work or continue your studies so that you can face your future with greater confidence.

This means that we arrange work experience placements and run a huge variety of programmes like enterprise skills training, challenges such as Champions of Enterprise, mentoring or Taster Days for technology, foreign languages or construction - to name but a few. What's more, the programmes are all designed around you, to get you involved and to make learning about the world of work both fun and informative!

You can get to meet some great local businesses through the Dragons' Den challenge of Champions of Enterprise, get better at working in a team or simply build up confidence speaking up in public. Above all, you will surprise yourself about what you can achieve!
