How will your work practices improve as a result of a placement?

How will a placement contribute to your personal development?

How will a placement contribute to the targets in your school's development plan?

How will a placement contribute to raising the standards of the young people in your school?

Will you be able to find evidence of improved pupil achievement? When and how will you measure it?


SOME CONSIDERATIONS
When can you undertake your placement?

Has your school agreed to a term-time release and confirmed supply cover?

Are you prepared to travel to your placement?

Have you any views on the selection of a host organisation for your placement?

Is there time set aside for debriefing and action planning following your placement?
